This team of high school Science teachers in Lodi Unified School district will learn and adopt new Earth and Space Science content knowledge to support student success in next generation science classrooms. This project will engage the team in collaborative learning experiences that foster the development of leadership skills, earth and space science content knowledge, and effective teaching strategies that are needed in next generation science classrooms. This team of teachers will bring these experiences back to their colleagues so that all high school science teachers in Lodi Unified will feel confident in teaching the earth and space science content within their subject area (chemistry, biology, or physics).
