Our goal is to empower staff to conduct classroom inquiry to galvanize our collective efficacy – a shared belief that through our collective action, we can positively influence student outcomes. This grant would enable us to contract with Lead by Learning (LxL) as an outside professional development provider. Having robust support to develop specific, equity-driven inquiry practices will increase staff morale and give us the confidence we need to understand and address unique challenges in our rural population. Lead by Learning’s community-based approach will support our team to develop and share new, aligned best practices across disciplines, grade levels, and roles.
