Mountain View High School, Mountain View

An instructional support coach and five course team leaders from each of the core academic departments (history, English, math, world language) will receive on-site Professional Learning Community leadership training from Solution Tree. The training will focus on increasing leadership capacity to create and maintain healthy collaboration cultures. Increased leadership skills will help course teams make greater use of student achievement results to measure the impact of instruction. The trained course team leaders will in turn share their learning with the course team leaders at a sister school to further the growth of leadership capacity beyond the impact of the original training.
