Cesar Chavez Ravenswood Middle School, East Palo Alto
This project strengthens inclusive co-teaching through sustained professional learning and structured collaboration among general education and special education teachers across grade levels. Through training, observation, coaching and protected co-planning time, our team of six teachers will build shared co-teaching expertise and strong inclusion practices. Once high-quality instruction is established, the team will share training and models with additional co-teaching teams and partner with the elementary schools — transforming teacher satisfaction and collaboration across our school and broader community.
