Our team’s goal is to address some of the most pressing challenges in our classroom and community including school climate, teacher burn-out, and the need for culturally sustaining practices. As a team of six interdisciplinary educators, we have witnessed teacher turnover at an alarming rate. If we can support well-being as a collective practice, we will become better educators and be able to help our school community in turn.
