John F. Kennedy High School, Richmond

Our team of four interdisciplinary educators (ELA, Math and Art) will build a sustainable system for assessing and addressing foundational literacy gaps among multilingual learners, ensuring targeted data-driven instruction across content areas. We will work with a consultant, CORE Learning, throughout the two year project to help establish a PLC. Our goal is to become a hub where any teacher can learn how to successfully use reading assessments and interventions to support their own students.
