Cesar Chavez Elementary School, San Francisco
We plan to create a school wide community of care with a team focused on implementing trauma informed practices in order to support and retain our staff who have been impacted by working in a crisis environment. We will partner with The Teaching Well to host professional learning for our full staff, and will also obtain coaching support for our team. We will also create a wellness space in our school to be used by both students and staff.
